We are Mike & Phil. We are ex Academy Players who were part of Premier League & Championship Academies in our Youth. We have a passion for Coaching & Developing Players & have decided to team together to offer High Intensity, High Tempo Football Coaching Sessions.
Our shared Philosophy is that Footballers should have good technical security when in possession of the ball & the confidence to impact games. We believe young footballers today need to be skilful, technical, tactically aware, confident & able to play at a high intensity. We believe that the Training young footballers receive to be of upmost importance. In Grass Roots Clubs in general too much emphasis is put on results with all the focus being on matches & this is the wrong approach.
We believe our Knowledge, Passion & Planning for Football Coaching will make us the place for your child to enhance his/her Development. We use Video to enhance how we can show players the path to improvement. Giving players the tools to help them see where they can improve their technique & decision making.
