We both have a real passion for Football. When we first met, as members of Grimsby Town FC’s Academy, we both shared a real passion for the game & we quickly became friends.

During our Youth Football careers we collectively spent over 12 years in the Professional Club Academy System, mainly at Grimsby Town, Sheffield United & Leeds United & have had the benefit of professional coaches working with us. Some of which went on to be prominent Coaches in the game at the top level. 

In recent years we have both become passionate about coaching, we are FA/UEFA Qualified Coaches with DBS Enhanced Certificates & Fully Insured. Our shared Coaching Principles have meant this is the right time to start working with together with players in the North Lincolnshire area. 

We both believe the game is becoming more Technical & Skill based with Ball Retention & Technical Security ever more prominent in Football.  

We have over 20 years experience in Grass Roots Football, we see the huge benefit of this level of football but also understand the issues faced by Coaches, Teams & Clubs.
